Creditcall operates in 37 countries with UK and US bases and recently celebrated their 20th anniversary in 2016.
Big Fan worked with Creditcall to refresh their visual identity alongside a website redesign exercise. The brief was simple yet challenging: to simplify the complex and nuanced world of payments.
Creditcall recognised distinct audiences that it needed to engage. The C-suite decision makers primarily looking for reliability, security and price. The systems and hardware programmers looking for stable code, clear documentation and a guiding partner. Finally the developers looking for an off the shelf solution, easy integration guides and instant access.
The visual identity and website design needed to reflect both simplicity and expertise. It needed to quickly allow users to find and understand the solutions relevant to them.
Big Fan and Creditcall formed an integrated team throughout the project. Knowledge and ideas could flow both ways without any traditional client/agency barriers. The process was iterative and efficient with no ‘big reveals’, so much so that the final result was regarded as the perfect evolution – a result that finally provided clarity in a complex world.
